CodeMeaning
HUBDyson bakes error codes into all their machines. F codes show up on fans and purifiers when airflow or sensors go sideways. E codes are heater-specific. H2 means the Hot+Cool ran too hot and tripped the thermal protection. Vacuums skip the letters and just use LED blink patterns instead.

CodeMeaning
NO-SUCTIONYour Dyson uses air pressure differential to create suction. When a filter, blockage, or seal disrupts airflow, that pressure drops and you lose pull. The machine isn't broken, it's just not getting enough clean air moving through the system. Fix the airflow, fix the suction.

NOT-WORKINGWhen the V10, V11, V12, or V15 flashes lights instead of running, the onboard processor has detected a fault and cut power to protect the motor. The LED pattern tells you exactly which system triggered it. Blue flashes mean power level. Red means a blockage or thermal event. Solid red means the motor's hot and needs time to cool.
