CodeMeaning
F1The F1 code means the Electronic Range Control has detected a stuck key in the touch membrane, or its own internal logic has failed a self-diagnostic check. Basically the brain of your oven thinks something's wrong enough that it won't let the appliance run at all.

F3F3 means the control board sent a signal down the sensor circuit and got back either nothing at all (open circuit) or a completely wrong reading (shorted). The RTD probe is supposed to change its resistance as the oven heats up, around 1080 ohms at room temp, rising predictably from there. When the board sees something outside that range, it trips the fault and locks you out.

NOT-HEATINGThe oven's failing to reach the set temperature because the electrical circuit for one of the heating components is broken somewhere. It's either a physical break in a heating coil, a blown safety fuse, or a dead relay on the control board that's supposed to send power to the elements.
