Code	Meaning	Severity
ERR	ERR on a Pit Boss pellet grill means the temperature probe has lost its reading or the grill temperature is outside the expected range. Unlike Traeger which uses specific codes (LEr, HEr), Pit Boss uses a single generic ERR for most faults. medium	medium
ERR-RESET	Resetting the ERR code on a Pit Boss pellet grill requires turning off the grill, unplugging for 30 seconds, cleaning the firepot, and restarting. Simply cycling power may clear a transient ERR, but persistent ERR requires fixing the underlying cause. low	low
