Code	Meaning	Severity
11	Code 11 means your Rheem tankless tried to light the burner, clicked through its ignition sequence, and never got confirmation that a flame actually established. The control board looks for a tiny electrical signal from the flame rod to confirm combustion. No signal means no flame as far as it's concerned, so it shuts everything down. high	high
HUB	Rheem tankless heaters show numeric codes on the LCD when something's off in the gas supply, ignition, venting, or sensor circuits. It's the unit's way of saying it stopped itself before something got worse. Each code points to a specific failure zone so you're not guessing. low	low
NO-HOT-WATER	This isn't a single error code, it's a symptom. The machine isn't detecting a problem with itself, it just isn't heating water. Could be a dead ignition source, a failed element, a tripped safety switch, or a heat exchanger that's scaled solid.
